Rajib Lochan Hota College of Pharmacy (RLHCP), Barpali, is a distinguished institution dedicated to delivering quality pharmaceutical education, especially to students from rural and semi-urban areas. Established as a unit of The Pharmaceutical College (TPC), Barpali, RLHCP continues the legacy of excellence in pharmacy education while carving its own identity through academic innovation and a student-centered approach.
Located at Maheswari Vihar, Mahada, Barpali, Bargarh, Odisha – 768029, the college offers a peaceful and academically enriching environment. With affiliations to the Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT) and approvals from AICTE, Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), and the Odisha State Board of Pharmacy, RLHCP offers Diploma, Degree, and Postgraduate courses in Pharmacy.
The institute is equipped with modern infrastructure, digital classrooms, an extensive central library, CCTV surveillance for safety, and separate hostel facilities. RLHCP is committed to nurturing competent and compassionate pharmacy professionals aligned with the vision of “Health for All.”

The Institute is presently offering Diploma in pharmacy with total strength of 60 students. The Institute is possesses well-constructed infrastructure with young and dynamic faculty and equipped with a wide range of facilities like central instrument lab, central library, separate computer lab and Seminar hall. The Institute provides opportunity and environment to the students for the exchange of views and updating the knowledge by organizing guest lecturers/ Workshops/ Seminars/ Symposium/ Conference in the field of pharmacy.
